This group was established in connection to the upcoming webinar on May 14th, 2020 which is organized by iProcureSecurity and aiming to foster and sustain the knowledge exchange between EMS practitioners on the needs and technological gaps arising from their deployment during the COVID-19 crisis.
The Webinar is hosted by iProcureSecurity consortium organizations with experience and background in the field of Emergency Medical Services and represents a great opportunity to discuss with other practitioners from all over Europe on main areas of innovation needs where technology can be applied to strengthen the EMS response to future crisis situations.

Hey everyone. I was scrolling through Facebook during a painfully slow Tuesday shift when an ad caught my eye about booking platforms in Southeast Asia. I decided to click just to pass the time. What really interested me was reading how they use Messenger and Viber to confirm tables. In my little ENG pub, guests completely ignore our email reminders but will reply instantly on WhatsApp. Seeing a system built around how people actually communicate was a lightbulb moment. I am genuinely satisfied with the read because it validated my frustration with traditional software. It pointed out the clear difference between consumer deal apps and actual floor management tools, which is a mistake I almost made.
