Description

The Educator Master Class (EMC) trains selected Instructor Trainers or Medical Educators in the field of Resuscitation to become Educator Candidates. This 2-day course aims to prepare ERC certified professionals educational staff of the ERC to teach on the Generic Instructor Course (GIC). It includes the elements of adult learning, assessment, feedback and facilitating learning in all formats that are an integral part of ERC Provider courses. Important topics also covered during the EMC include dealing with the Course Director (CD) and faculty on a GIC, and quality management in the educational process of the ERC.
