The EMS network seeks to build a broad cooperation mechanism between practitioners in Europe that can be continuously used for needs analysis, monitoring of innovation outputs and thus for facilitating a closer cooperation with the Research & Development community. This shall create a Europe-wide system which will enhance practitioners’ capabilities and steer harmonization of the EMS Systems throughout the EU.
