It’s so true that the pandemic highlighted the limitations of current PPE designs. I’ve been thinking about how gamification could play a role in training for proper PPE usage and maintenance. Maybe even something like Crazy Cattle 3D, but instead of cows, it’s workers learning to correctly don and doff gear! Seriously though, innovative training methods are key to improving safety culture and mitigating risks highlighted by PPE shortcomings. Sharing ideas like these is a great start.
