I am not an expert but I have done a bit of research online and for what concerns the Italian language, the words that appear in scientific articles are &#8220;s<span>ottostima dell&#8217;evento&#8221; (</span><em>under-triage</em><span>) and &#8220;s</span><em>ovrastima</em><span> dell&#8217;evento&#8221; (over-</span><em>triage). </em></p>

From my point of view applying cloud based call centers brings a lot of advantages to the work of the EMS organisations. Some of them are low complexity in maintaining hardware, no hardware costs, no set up costs. The only costs arise here in connection to the storage internet connection.</p>

There is a lot of potential of using this trechnology especially in combination with telemedicine and augmented reality features.</p>

The potential to become distracted by the micro screen is simply too high.
