Thanks both! This sounds really interesting. I am not an expert but I have done a bit of research online and for what concerns the Italian language, the words that appear in scientific articles are “sottostima dell’evento” (under-triage) and “sovrastima dell’evento” (over-triage).

Hi Alexander, absolutely. It also should contribute to the EU homogenisation issue. Indeed, under this directive the drugs prescribed in a EU country can also dispensed in the other member states.

I agree. Awareness rising should also promoted by NGOs and civil society organisations at the local level which can better reach out to society highlighting the best practices and put the light on the the unknown role of the bystander

Yes this has been also the case in Italy where because of the lack of the staff, nurses had to face very long working hours. I would be interested to read about the situation in other countries.

Within the consortium we discussed that the very crucial issue is to homogenise at European level who can prescribe treatments and drugs in situ from the EMS personnel. Which solutions can we apply accordingly?
